Can you bill my home insurance?
We cannot bill your insurance, but we will provide all the documentation that you need to file for reimbursement.
What is included with service call?
Once set up for a service call, I will come to your home to diagnose the issue. I will do my best to complete the repair needed at that time. If it requires parts or a new installment, I will give you a full quote for costs and timeframe.
How will you handle the scheduling of service work or installations?
I will communicate with you every step of the way. If I can see that the work will not be completed by the agreed-upon time, I will reach out to get a new completion date.
What type of payment do you take?
I accept cash, checks, and payments through PayPal at this time.
